Profile
Born in Ibadan, Oyo State on February 18th 1973, He had his primary and secondary school education, at St Andrew, Primary School Olode, and Igbo Elerin Grammar School both in Ibadan. He later Studied at the Polytechnic Ibadan for Higher National Diploma in Business Administration before proceeding to Oxford Brookes University, Oxford UK for his bachelor’s degree in accounting. He is a multidisciplinary professional, with a strong capability in finance, accounting, mortgage banking, real estate infrastructure development and management and business development skills developed over 25 year continuous experience cutting across enumerated fields of endeavor.
A Chartered Accountant by training- Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), UK. Supported with a degree in Accounting and business Administration, He has developed skills to navigate complex business world with verifiable accomplishments in Mortgage banking, project finance and real estate project development and management.
As a director of STB Mortgage Bank Limited, He was part of collaborative team of professional who have delivered Mortgage Bank recapitalization in line with regulatory requirement. As finance and project funding expert, He has also led a team of professionals which designed and secured funding structure for residential estate developments in Lekki Lagos.
As a real estate development consultant, He has put knowledge and skill in project finance and management to use by collaborating with other professional to deliver many signature projects which are today reference points to players in the real estate industry. His core competence is ability to create transactions which deliver value to stakeholders in the most efficient manner, be it individual, corporate entity, or even public enterprise.
He has attended many courses both at home and abroad in the area of Board leadership, business restructuring, tax management, project finance, business negotiation skills among others. With a strong public sector transaction management skill, He has collaboratively participated and completed many public private partnership transactions with verifiable evidence in Lagos and Oyo State. He loves exploring Nigeria’s diversity.
